1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to feel entirely confident in our career solutions. You are eligible for a 100% refund under the following conditions:
- Satisfaction Policy: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the positioning materials, guidance, or the overall service provided, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of your purchase.
- Pre-Service Cancellations: If you purchase a plan but decide to cancel before any audit has been executed or before booking your placement slot consultation, you are eligible for an immediate full refund.
- Duplicate Orders: Any accidental duplicate transactions will be fully refunded within 24 hours of notification.
2. How to Claim Your Refund
We believe requesting a refund should be as effortless and transparent as purchasing.

Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately back to the original funding source.
- UPI/Net Banking: Refunds typically appear in your source bank account within 2 to 3 business days.
- Credit & Debit Cards: Depending on your card issuer or banking institution, funds may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your statement.
- Confirmation: We will email you a formal credit memo and payment gateway receipt immediately upon initiating the refund transfer.
